Desktop support is a fundamental need for every law firm. When a workstation goes down, your attorney, paralegal or secretary is unable to work. We focus on preventing downtime by proactive maintenance, software updates and monitoring. Using lan-wide analysis tools, we can identify at-risk machines and either repair or replace them prior to failure so that work flow is not interrupted.
